Bill is retiring this year from full-time ministry after serving 45 years within the Greater New Jersey Conference.  He was ordained as a Deacon in 1978 and as an Elder in 1980. Bill is a graduate of Rowan University (BA in Psychology 1976) and Wesley Theological Seminary (M Div in 1979). He has served and led various boards and agencies including Archives and History as a member and served as the Chair.  He is currently a member of the GNJ Council on Finance and Administration and is a Circuit Elder.  He is also the President of the GNJ Historical Society.
