The 2024 Annual Conference for The United Methodists of Eastern Pennsylvania is set to take place from May 21-23, 2024, at the Wildwood Convention Center in Wildwood, NJ. Registration is now open.
The following are the costs to attend the Annual Conference:
- $100 - Early Entry Fee, March thru March 30
- $125 - April 1 thru April 20
- $150 - April 21 thru May 1

REGISTRATION NOTES
- If you are instructed to use a discount code, be sure to hit the APPLY button for it to take effect after entering the code at check out.
- Please use the same email address in the billing section that you entered in the registration area.
- You will receive an additional confirmation email for your hotel registration as this is separate from the Annual Conference registration.
- Hotel rates are per night.
- The Wildwood’s Convention Center has a very large Parking Lot which is free for your use during the event.
- Golf Carts will be operating if you need a ride from your car to the Convention Center.
- Meals included with your registration: Clergy/Laity Session Dinner, Ordination Reception (EPA), and lunch on the second day of Annual Conference.
- Focus/Gathering Meals for Breakfast and Dinner are at an additional cost.
- If you are elected as an Equalizing Member at the District Conference, you will be directed to register for the Annual Conference ASAP and given a discount code to ensure you are charged the original cost without late fees.
