Exhibitor Registration for Annual Conference

The Commission on Conference Sessions is pleased to offer table space for exhibitors at Annual Conference–June 14-16, 2018, at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA.

Space is limited and all requests will be filled on a first come, first served basis. All requests received after table space has been exhausted, or after May 18th, 2018, will be placed on a wait list in the event that a group cancels their reservation. Tables are 8 feet long. We reserve the right to approve all exhibits and items available for sale in compliance with UMC policy and Social Principles.

**Each individual staffing an exhibit table must be registered for the Annual Conference, either as a Conference Member Exhibitor or as a Non-Voting Exhibitor. The registration fee includes meals. Each registered individual will receive a name tag that must be worn at all times.

Set up may begin on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 8 AM. Exhibits must be removed no later than 5 PM on Saturday, June 16, 2018. You are responsible for cleaning your area at the close of Conference. If we are assessed a clean-up fee for your area, it will be passed along to you.

Please note that you are responsible for making your own hotel reservations at your own expense.
