The Rev. Virginia Y. Miles, of Doylestown, Pa., passed away on October 31, 2018. She was 77.
Rev. Ginny Miles served as Director of Christian Education at Lehman Memorial UMC in Hatboro and Associate Pastor at Doylestown UMC before her assignment to Penns Park UMC in 1997 as a provisional elder. She retired in 2007, but remained appointed to Penns Park UMC, until her death.
Her funeral will be on Wednesday, Nov. 7, at 1:30 PM, at Penns Park United Methodist Church, 2394 Second Street Pike, Penns Park, PA. A viewing will take place at Tuesday, Nov. 6, from 6-8 PM, at Varcoe-Thomas Funeral Home, 344 North Main Street, Doylestown, PA.
