We have received word, that the Rev. Burgess Lee Gordon, Jr., a retired Local Pastor, passed away on June 18, 2017. He retired in 1995, after serving these local churches:

- Lebanon: St. Luke’s
- Lehighton: Ebenezer
- Weissport: Ebenezer (now Bowmanstown: Faith Alive from a merger)
- Coaldale
- Summit Hill
