Mr. Russell Welsh, 74, spouse of the Rev. Barbara J. Welsh, died April 13, 2018. Rev. Welsh served as Licensed Local Pastor to Ash Grove UMC and then retired in 2015.  After retirement, she served Mount Carmel: First & Ringtown: Aurand Memorial.

Mr. Welsh’s family and friends will celebrate his life April 21, at 3:30 PM, at Millers Crossroads UMC, 1929 Plum Creek Road, Sunbury, PA 17801. Visitation will occur from 2 to 3:30.
