Funding Ministry Through Legacy Giving and Endowments, Sept. 21

EPA’s West District invites all to come learn about  ”Funding Ministry Through Legacy Giving and Endowments” on Thursday, September 21, 5:00-7:00 p.m., at Hope UMC in Ephrata, PA. Learn how the Mid-Atlantic United Methodist Foundation can help your church develop “a robust legacy giving program to fund ministry into the future.”

Sixty percent of United Methodist churches in our area haven’t received a legacy gift in the last five years, the foundation reports. “If your church does not currently have an endowment you are missing out on a vital component of the long-term sustainability of your mission and ministry.”
