GETTING READY FOR A CONGREGATIONAL RACISM AUDIT 

EPA’s Path Toward Wholeness legislation (2022) includes the goal that each EPA congregation will conduct a congregational racism audit by 2027.

Because racism is at best difficult to talk about, conducting a congregational racism audit requires considerable preparation.

This Dismantling Racism Level II workshop will provide tools, resources, and encouragement for that process.

We encourage congregations to enroll teams of up to 5 people.

It will be most helpful if at least one person from each congregation has completed EPA’s Dismantling Racism I training.

Congregations engaged in GNJ’s Journey of Hope process may also find this workshop helpful.
