Bishop Peggy Johnson announces that the new Dean of the Eastern PA Conference Cabinet for 2018-2019 will be the Rev. Dawn Taylor-Storm, Superintendent of the South District. Taylor-Storm joined the Cabinet in 2014 and led the conference’s 2016 General Conference delegation. She recently led the dual-conference team visit to Congo Partnership mission sites in the DRC. She succeeds the Rev. Irving Cotto as cabinet dean.
