Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
As we move into this new decade, Shelby Systems support for the remittance system is scheduled to end. The conference staff has explored numerous options. We have selected to implement Mission Connect: Ministry Financials.
The system has more functionality and is user-friendly. The staff worked very hard over the last few months to ensure the data was entered into the database.
Enclosed is the January 2020 remittance statement and instructions for accessing the statement and payments on the online portal. The new web address is https://umcdata.net/ep.
A link to the February remittance statements will be emailed on February 14, 2020. Beginning in March 2020, the link to your statements will be emailed no later than the 7th day of each month.
Please do not hesitate to contact remittance staff at 610-666-9090 ext. 1023 or email@example.com if you need assistance or have any questions.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this transition.
James P. Brown

The extension is intended to assist conferences and subsidiary churches in continuing daily operations without interruption of exempt status.
