A follow-up to the leadership workshop Building a Sustainable Leadership Practice. While the previous workshop was designed to guide participants in identifying their particular leadership style and explore the strategies Christ used to create a restorative leadership practice, this workshop will delve deeper into understanding how leadership practice must be iterative while maintaining fidelity to its core tenets as it evolves. Though we expand and contract to meet the demands of the leadership environment, we must find ways to remain true and courageous in the Word of God. Let’s explore how to do this amazing work together!
