We have received word of the death of the Rev. Wesley Gary Epler, retired Elder, who passed away on October 28, 2022. Rev. Epler retired in 2000. He and his wife of over 50 years, Martha, were residents at Brethren Village.
Rev. Epler served the following Eastern PA Conference churches and ministries:
- Annville
- Thornton: Bethlehem
- Ridley Park
- Indiantown Gap: Emmanuel
- Lickdale: Trinity
- Lebanon:West Side Parish
- Union Deposit
- Shirks
Also, First UMC, Sidney, Ohio.
He is survived by his wife Martha and sons, James and Thomas Epler.
Services are tentatively planned for November 19 at the Brethren Village Chapel, officiated by the Rev. Bob Kettering. Further information about services will be shared if received.
