We have received word that the Rev. Herbert W. Phillips, retired local pastor, died on August 19, 2021.
Rev. Phillips served Trevose UMC from 2008 to 2014. After retirement, he served at Fairless Hills: Christ UMC and Lahaska UMC. 

Expressions of sympathy may be sent to his surviving spouse, Mrs. Linda Phillips, at 101 David Drive, Bristol, PA 19007.

The funeral for Rev. Herb Phillips will be on Thursday, August 26 at 11 AM at Christ UMC (501 Wistar Road, Fairless Hills, PA). Viewing times at the church will be on Wednesday, August 25, from 6 PM to 8 PM and again on Thursday, August 26, from 10 AM to 11 AM.

The service will be in-person with masks required. Available sanctuary seating capacity may be limited. For those wishing other options, the service can be heard in the church parking lot on FM 87.9, or watched live at the links below.
