Branden Irving to The Crossing UMC at Washingtons Crossing

Branden Irving is a graduate of Princeton Theological Seminary and Rutgers University, where he earned his Master of Divinity and Master of Social Work. A licensed social worker, hospital chaplain, and ministry leader, he is passionate about helping individuals and communities flourish in God’s purposes by building bridges for relationships, resources, and revival. In the church, Branden has overseen hospitality, outreach, missions, and discipleship, and currently serves as Interim Supply Pastor at Washington Crossing United Methodist Church. He and his wife have been married since 2015 and are grateful parents of four children who keep them busy and blessed.
Gregory G. Holston to Haven Peniel UMC in addition to his extension ministry appointment to Just Nation, Inc.

Rev. Gregory G. Holston is appointed as half-time pastor of Haven Peniel United Methodist Church and serves half-time in extension ministry through Just Nation, Inc., an organization dedicated to confronting racism, advancing economic justice, strengthening democracy, and reducing gun violence through deep community investment. An Elder in the United Methodist Church, Rev. Holston has served several congregations, including the historic Janes Memorial United Methodist Church in Germantown. He previously served as Senior Advisor on Policy and Advocacy in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office under Larry Krasner, helping organize coalitions that secured major investments in violence prevention. As former Executive Director of POWER, he led successful campaigns for living wages and worker organizing in Philadelphia.

Ross Mowry to New London UMC

Ross comes to this appointment with a deep love for the Church and a strong commitment to serving God. After spending his formative years in the life of the church, he has faithfully devoted his life to ministry in a variety of ways, most recently serving for the past six and a half years as pastor of Kemblesville United Methodist Church.
He brings a passion for preaching, teaching, and pastoral care, and looks forward to partnering with the congregation in faithful ministry. Ross also shares joy in writing, singing, and spending time with his family, including his wife Sonja, a Christ Servant Minister, their adult children Hailey (and her husband Hunter), Luke, Grace, and Simon, as well as their goddaughter Ashleigh and her daughter Lynn.
Brian J. Reading to Schuylkill Haven: Covenant UMC

Brian began his walk with the Lord Jesus Christ in November of 1978. While attending a mid-week service the scripture read was John 7:37-38, “If any man is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me as the Scripture has said, Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.” Brian made the decision to accept Christ into his life and the water started flowing.
Brian’s ministry included Lay Speaking in his district and also a licensed local pastor until he took retirement and was hired on as staff at FUMC Schuylkill Haven. Brian’s ministry has spanned 41 years. Brian is married to his wife Judy who has two adult children. A son, Jeffrey, and a daughter, Jill. Three granddaughters also make up the family.
Edgardo Rosado to El Mesisas and St. Philipps UMC

Ed is an experienced pastor and educator dedicated to serving communities with compassion and leadership. He has served as Lead Pastor for over 20 years in multicultural congregations in Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, and Washington D.C. Ed studied Biblical Studies and Theology at
Nazarene Bible College, Pastoral Leadership at Olivet Nazarene University (M.A.P.L), and received a Doctor of Philosophy in Theology degree at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. Ed has served Nazarene Bible College and Nazarene European University as a professor of theology, ethics, and pastoral formation for more than a decade. He is committed to supporting children and families in the Fairhill community ofPhiladelphia through is work as a case manager at William Cramp Elementary School. His combined experience in pastoral care, education, and social services will be a true gift to both El Mesisas and St. Philipps UMC.

Jacqueline Stewart-Mack and Shawn Mack to Bickley’s New Beginnings

Jacqueline Mack is a devoted servant leader whose life is rooted in faith, family, and a richministerial legacy. She is the daughter of Rev. Jackie Anne Stewart. Raised in the Wyncote and Philadelphia areas, she carries forward a spiritual foundation grounded in prayer, healing, and service to marginalized communities.
For 28 years, Jacqueline has served the School District of Philadelphia, currently as a principal, where she guides and supports students and families. As she begins her pastoral appointment at Bickley’s New Beginning United Methodist Church, she remains committed to restoration and God’s work. Jacqueline is married to her husband, Shawn, and together they are blessed with three children.

Shawn Mack is a passionate servant leader, bridge builder, and lover of people rooted in deep faith. He has faithfully served Bickley’s New Beginning United Methodist Church for 15 years, holding roles of CLM and Minister of Music. Shawn brings vision, innovation, and a heart for uniting people through Christ. He currently serves as Vice President of Engagement for an organization supporting vulnerable youth and families.
Shawn also serves as a trainer for the EPA, helping congregations and individuals explore the joy, challenges, and opportunities of cross-racial, cross-cultural ministry. He is committed to building bridges that strengthen both the church and the broader community. He is excited about his new appointment. Shawn is married to Jacqueline, and they have three sons.
James Lamontagne to St. Matthews in Trevose, PA

James Lamontagne is a licensed local pastor and has been serving God’s people in the United Methodist Church for 16 years including 6 years as the Pastor of Holmesburg United Methodist Church.
He has also been married for 16 years to Kimberly Lamontagne, and they have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. James’s experience in different roles of Church Leadership has proven beneficial to the United Methodist Church. He has a huge passion and zeal for God’s Word, His People and the community. His demonstrated commitment will be a gift to this 2-point charge with Trevose: St. Matthews UMC.
Myung Hoon Cha to First UMC in Bristol

Rev. Dr. Myung Hoon Cha is an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church, serving since 2003. He holds degrees in theology and ministry from Korea, Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Drew University in USA. With 44 years of pastoral ministry in Korea and the United States, he previously served Bensalem Korean United Methodist Church in the Eastern Pennsylvania Annual Conference since 2003. His ministry focuses on preaching the Word, making disciples, and building Christ-centered communities. He and his wife, Hanna, have been married for 43 years and are blessed with four children and their families. His commitment to Christ and the community will be a gift to Bristol: First UMC.
Lela Hartranft to Nesquehoning: Meed’s Memorial

Meed’s Memorial UMC is blessed to share in the ministry of a pastor whose life has been marked by faithful service and deep devotion to God. She loves the Lord with all her heart and is grateful to have been called to serve in ministry. Since 2010, she has been active in Christ Servant Ministries, continuing a rich family legacy of faith that includes her great-grandfather, a circuit-rider preacher, and her father, a missionary and pastor. God has guided her through many seasons of ministry, including three years as pastor of Allentown: Emmanuel UMC, and now the joy of continuing to serve as pastor of Meed’s Memorial UMC.
Her life journey has also included ten years in hospital work, twenty-five years as a Programmer/Analyst after earning an Associate Degree in Data Processing, and later service in customer care. A gifted writer, she has published Thoughts to Ponder along with several articles.
Born a twin in Colorado Springs, she grew up loving Sunday school, youth group, and Bible quizzing. Today, she enjoys photography, creating cards, and cherishing time with her two daughters and three granddaughters.
James Schwenk to Fritz Memorial UMC and Allentown: Emmanuel UMC

Jim is currently the interim pastor at First UMC, Bristol. He spent over thirty years in pastoral ministry with the Evangelical Congregational Church and Lancaster Conference Mennonite Church. He also taught Church History at Evangelical Seminary. He holds a PhD in Wesley Studies from Drew University and has written extensively on the relationship between John Wesley and George Whitefield.
Jim has been married to his wife, Lore (pronounced “Lori”) for 38 years. They have two adult children and are raising their five-year-old grandson. His family has a passion for rescuing animals. Jim’s ministry passions include the connection between faith and literature (especially science fiction and fantasy) and sharing the love of God with “all creatures great and small” – people, animals, and the environment.
Deborah Appler to Hellertown: St. Paul UMC

Rev. Dr. Deborah Appler retired May 2025 after 26 years under appointment teaching Hebrew Bible/Old Testament at Moravian Theological Seminary. She holds degrees from McDaniel College (BS Chemistry), Perkins School of Theology (M.Div.), and Vanderbilt University (Ph.D. Hebrew Bible).
Deborah grew up in a small United Methodist Church in West Friendship, Maryland and continues to find spiritual grounding in the Wesleyan tradition. She was ordained in 1987 in the Baltimore-Washington Conference, where she served local churches before responding to the call to the seminary setting and later transferring to the EPA Conference.
She is passionate about teaching and preaching the Bible in ways that that foster faith, love, justice, and healthy relationships among people and the earth. Deborah currently serves as an EarthKeeper, a member of CONAM, and convenes the Bethlehem Interfaith Group. She is married to Bill Arnold; together they share five children and eight grandchildren. She looks forward to continuing her faith journey in partnership with St. Paul UMC.
Ji Hae Lee to Bangor: First UMC

Ji Hae Lee is an ordained pastor in the Central Annual Conference of the Korean Methodist Church, ordained in 2020 after graduating from Methodist Theological School in Korea. Currently completing a Master of Divinity at Drew Theological School (May 2026), Ji Hae is committed to deepening theological understanding and expanding pastoral experience. With a heart for servant leadership, Ji Hae connects church and community, participating in God’s mission of healing, justice, and transformation. Ji Hae’s ministry is rooted in worship, emphasizing preaching that invites believers to reflect on their identity as God’s children and respond with faithful lives. Known for humility, compassion, and dedication, Ji Hae brings a thoughtful presence to ministry. Ji Hae’s passion for discipleship and community engagement will bless First United Methodist Church in Bangor in this new chapter of ministry.

Trevor Webster to Manheim Township: Faith and Oregon Community

Rev. Trevor L. Webster currently serves as pastor of Christiana UMC, where he brings a grounded Wesleyan approach that emphasizes grace, growth, and the ongoing work of God in and through ordinary people.
He holds a B.S. in Religion from Liberty University (summa cum laude). Before ministry, Trevor served in both civilian and military capacities in the Pennsylvania National Guard, retiring as First Sergeant in 2022—where his military experience deeply shaped his understanding of servant leadership, weaving Christ’s example into the fabric of his character and approach to ministry. Pastor Trevor’s authenticity, clear communication of the gospel message, and deep dedication to ministry will be a blessing to these two church communities.
Jason Perkowski to Millersville Community UMC

Rev. Jason Perkowski currently pastors Faith UMC (15 years) and Oregon Community UMC (10 years). Ordained an Elder in 2023, he has also served in Youth and Young Adult Ministry for 33 years. Jason holds degrees in English Education, Educational Psychology, and an MDiv from Wesley (focus in Public Theology). Jason is engaged with POWER Interfaith on social justice work and serves on multiple district and conference boards. Jason and his wife Julie are foster parents who enjoy RV trips to National Parks, Longwood Gardens, live music, and trivia. Rev. Perkowski’s gifts in visioning, preaching, and leadership will be a blessing to Millersville Community in this next chapter of their witness.
Donna Burchess to Gordon: Simpson UMC

Donna was born and raised in Delaware County where she attended Sharon Hill High School and Delaware county community college where she majored in hotel/restaurant management. In 2000 she moved to Bucks county where she spent the next 20 years working in the hospitality industry until the year 2020 when she retired as the hospitality director for Chick-fil-A in Newtown. Donna heard the call of the Lord in 2017 while in rehab. In 2021 the Lord led her to Ringtown, Schuylkill County where she was the founding director of Your Sister’s Closet, a United Methodist women’s Mission. In 2022, she became the director of Hazleton Enlarged Ministry, where she continues to serve. She has one adult son with whom she is overjoyed to have had him relocate with her to Schuylkill county.
Joong Hyuck Kim to Bowmanstown: Faith Alive UMC

Rev. Joong Hyuck Kim has served at Fritz Memorial UMC since 2018 and at St. Paul UMC in Hellertown since 2022 (two-point charge). For thirty years, he has worked with congregations in Pennsylvania, Georgia, California, and South Korea.
He believes that God’s divine providence guides His people collectively, regardless of the circumstances. Rev. Kim also enjoys exploring how pastoral ministry arises from God’s people and is passionate about creating relevant, practical worship ministries for local churches.
Born in Seoul, Korea, Rev. Kim is married to Jiyoung Choi Kim, a Nurse Practitioner in Pennsylvania. They have three children—Inhee, Jonathan, and Abigail—and moved to the United States in 2008. His family is ready to commit to serving their new community alongside all the family and friends of Faith Alive UMC.

Kabrene Pittman to Ridge Avenue UMC, Philadelphia

Kabrene Pittman is an educator, servant, leader, and devoted woman of faith. She is the daughter of the late Reverend Thomas E. Sligh Sr. and Kathleen Sligh. Raised in a deeply rooted faith tradition, Kabrene was nurtured in ministry at Devereux United Methodist Church, where she developed a lifelong commitment to service, spiritual growth, and discipleship. Ridge Avenue UMC will greatly benefit from Kabrene’s passion for guiding others, serving with compassion, and living out the principles of Christ-centered leadership. Her journey reflects a steady progression of faith, purpose, and dedication to uplifting others both spiritually and academically.
Ridge Avenue UMC is active in the community and has a strong Food Pantry and other ways of connecting to Bucks County and the surrounding community.

Dave Goss to East Bangor UMC

Rev. Dave Goss is an elder in the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference and brings many years of faithful pastoral experience and leadership to this appointment. A graduate of the former Combs College of Music with a degree in Music Education, he received his Master of Divinity from Drew Theological School and has pursued further graduate studies in transformational preaching at New Brunswick Theological Seminary. Rev. Goss has a passion for preaching, worship, and helping congregations grow in their faith and mission. He is a member of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia fraternity and serves on the Advisory Board of Northampton County Children and Youth. In addition to his ministry, he enjoys music and plays tuba in the Trinity Centennial Band and the Pocono Community Orchestra. Rev. Goss and his wife, Laura, are grateful for their four children: Roy, Daniel, Kilee, and Jayden.
Wendy Bellis to Analomink UMC in addition to Cherry Lane UMC

Pastor Wendy Bellis began her ministry in Iowa, coming to Eastern Pennsylvania in 1985, ordained an Elder in 1987. She has served churches of all sizes across the conference and retired from full time ministry in 2021. Pastor Bellis currently serves the Cherry Lane United Methodist Church and is pleased to become the pastor of Anaomink congregation in addition to Cherry Lane. In her years of ministry she has served as mentor, consultant and is currently an Assisting Elder in the North District. Wendy lives with her husband, Blair in the Poconos and enjoys spending time with her grandkids whenever possible.
Margaretann (Peggy) Milewski to Ringtown: Aurand Memorial UMC

Margaretann (Peggy) Milewski is a native of Shenandoah, PA, and a graduate of Cardinal Brennan High School. She earned her certification as a Pharmacy Technician and served at the Federal Bureau of Prisons until her retirement in 2019. Peggy met her husband, Rev. Julian Milewski, in 1999, and they were married in 2002 at Shenandoah First UMC. They are blessed with six children, thirteen grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Peggy is a Christ Servant Minister. She has faithfully served as a Sunday School teacher, VBS leader, and in youth ministry, and was nominated for the Denman Evangelism Award. She serves as an Equalizing Lay Member to Annual Conference in EPA and remains active in teaching, pulpit supply, and outreach ministries, including a women’s clothing mission.
Julian Milewski to Mt. Carmel: First UMC

Pastor Julian Milewski is a lifelong resident of Ringtown, Pennsylvania, and a graduate of North Schuylkill High School. He also earned an Associate’s Degree in Electronics from the North Schuylkill Area Vocational Technical School and received his First Class Broadcast Engineering License from the FCC in 1975. He began his career in respiratory therapy at Locust Mountain Hospital in 1976 and later served with Eastern Respiratory Services in Mt. Carmel for over 12 years, concluding his tenure as General Manager. He married his wife, Margaretann, in 2002 at Shenandoah First UMC, and together they are blessed with six children, thirteen grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Called to ministry, he became a Christ Servant Minister in 2006 and was later licensed as a Local Pastor in 2018. He has faithfully served several congregations and currently serves at Ringtown: Aurand Memorial UMC.

Rev. Kerry Leeper to Elizabethtown: St Paul’s

Pastor Kerry began his ministry in July 1992 as a Licensed Local Pastor at Kauffman’s UM Church. He was ordained a Deacon in 2002 and an Elder in 2005, later serving as Associate Pastor at First UMC Lancaster before being appointed Lead Pastor of Millersville Community Church in 2018. Kerry holds a bachelor’s in biblical studies from Messiah College and both a Master of Divinity and Master of Arts in Religion from Evangelical School of Theology. Kerry and his wife Alison were recently married and enjoy walking, sharing morning coffee, praying together, and playing with their adopted Shih Tzu, Onyx. Kerry enjoys golf and football. Along with gifts in leadership, administration, and compassion, Rev. Leeper brings an ethos of empowering lay leadership, deep listening, and a humble authenticity that will bless St. Paul’s in this next season.

Francis Osuji is a devoted and compassionate pastor from The Gambia, currently serving in the United States. He is completing his Master of Divinity at Drew Theological School, where his studies focus on pastoral leadership, justice ministry, and community engagement. Francis has a deep passion for sharing God’s Word, nurturing discipleship, and serving those in need through outreach and compassion ministries. His leadership reflects humility, inclusivity, and a strong commitment to spiritual and community growth. Francis finds joy in preaching, teaching, and using music and worship to inspire faith. He strives to embody God’s grace in all he does. David Woolverton to Hempfield UMC

David Woolverton, ordained an elder in 1990, has over 37 years full time experience serving churches facing turn-around ministry situations. He has a BA in Psychology and Religion (Albright College), an MDiv (Princeton Seminary), and a DMin in Conflict Leadership (Trinity Seminary). Additionally, David is an Affiliate Professor at Kairos University, a workshop leader, clergy mentor / coach, and church consultant in conflict leadership and transitions. He has published three books, “Mission Rift: Leading through Church Conflict” (2021), “Prophet and Loss: Embracing Grief, Nurturing Resilience, and Harnessing Authentic Leadership” (2024), and “Reviving the Remnant: Recovering God’s Plan for Awakening His Church” (2026). He has been married to Kristine, the love of his life, for 34 years. Rev. Woolverton’s pastoral presence, visionary leadership, and deep wisdom will be a blessing to Hempfield in this next season of ministry.
Robert C. Timlin, Sr to Pen Argyl: Grace UMC

Rev. Robert C. Timlin, Sr. has been a lifelong United Methodist and has faithfully served congregations as a pastor throughout his ministry. He holds degrees from Temple University (B.A. in Music Education), Asbury Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity), and Princeton Theological Seminary (Master of Theology in Pastoral Counseling).
Rev. Timlin brings a deep commitment to Christ-centered discipleship, biblical teaching, and pastoral shepherding. His emphasis on helping congregations grow as devoted disciples and active witnesses for Christ aligns well with Grace UMC’s desire to strengthen its spiritual life and mission during this important season. His pastoral experience and heart for guiding congregations through challenging times will be a meaningful gift for the church.
Rob and his wife Debbie met at Asbury Seminary and she is a faithful partner in ministry. They are grateful that their three adult children are also active in Christian ministry and mission around the world.
Pyoung Kang Kim to Mt. Pocono UMC

Rev. Pyoung Kang Kim currently serves as associate pastor at Bountiful UMC of Martinsville and as lead pastor at First Mt. Zion UMC in New Jersey, and he is a member of the GNJ Board of Church and Society. Rev. Kim brings a deep passion for building welcoming, inclusive, and generous faith communities where people can grow in their relationship with Christ. His commitment to discipleship, community connection, and nurturing spiritual growth aligns well with Mt. Pocono UMC’s desire to strengthen its ministry and deepen its engagement with the surrounding community.
Pyoungkang earned a Bachelor of Theology from Methodist Theological University and a Master of Theology from Yonsei University in South Korea. He holds a Master of Divinity from Drew Theological School. He is married to Yeosun Lee, a seminarian at Drew Theological School, and they have two daughters, Hari and Leina Lia. In his free time, he enjoys drinking coffee with his wife and reading books.
Terry Lee Corpier to Cornwells United Methodist Church

Pastor Corpier shares: Having personally experienced the transformative power of God to bring freedom and wholeness, he is convinced of God’s continual life-changing work. In 2008, he graduated Eastern University in St. Davids, PA with a B.A. in Youth Ministry & Minor in Communications. In 2021, he graduated from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, OH with an M.Div. and concentration in Pastoral Care. Called to preach, teach, equip, and shepherd United Methodist congregations in South-Eastern Pennsylvania since 2018, and previously sent 10 years as a Youth Leader. His other giftings lie in the areas of audio-visual and information technologies and lean processes.

Marcus Simmons to North Wales: Sanctuary

Dr. Marcus Simmons is a husband and father of three serving currently appointed to Trevose: St. Matthew UMC. He is seeking ordination and was just recommended by BOOM in February 2026. He currently works as a college professor and an actively performing professional musician. Dr. Simmons received his calling to ministry early in life while attending Tindley Temple UMC but did not accept it until he was in graduate school. He attends Luther Seminary NW and plans to graduate with a Master of Divinity Degree in May 2026. Dr. Simmons feels called to the work of pouring into the development of people so that their lives become a garden of deep faith that displays an obvious walk with Jesus, and to forming a congregation that loves and worships Christ and is blessed community for all of God’s creations through a humble love of justice and mercy. His hobbies include cooking, playing music, reading, and fiber arts. Dr. Simmons’ thoughtful analysis, his dynamic preaching and worship leadership, and grounded, practical theology will bless Sanctuary in this next season.

Rev. Jared Stoltzfus as Director of Pocono Plateau

Jared Stoltzfus currently serves as Senior Pastor of St. Mark’s UMC in Mt. Joy and as Chair of the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference Camp and Retreat Ministry Board. Jared sensed his call to ministry in high school and earned a B.A. from Eastern University and an M.Div. from Eastern Mennonite Seminary. His connection to Pocono Plateau is longstanding and personal. Since serving on summer staff in 2008, he has remained actively involved through leading retreats and camps, serving on the Site Committee, and contributing to the Camp and Retreat Board. He understands not only how camp ministry operates, but how profoundly it shapes lives. Jared and his wife, Elizabeth, have been married for 16 years, and together with their beloved pets, they look forward to this new chapter of ministry.
Rev. Dr. Sang Choi appointed as Associate Superintendent for Eastern Pennsylvania

Rev. Dr. Choi bring with him over 30 years of pastoral experience in a wide variety of settings. Most recently he has served as a District Superintendent in Western Pennsylvania (WPA). Prior to becoming a District Superintendent, he served in a cross racial appointment as lead pastor from 2015-2022 in one of the largest churches in WPA, Christ United Methodist Church: Huntington. He has also served as lead pastor in churches in the city of Erie and the town of Bentleyville, Pennsylvania. In 2001 he was commissioned by the General Board of Global Ministries and WPA to lead a new church start—The Greater Pittsburgh Korean United Methodist Church. He served there until 2004. On the Conference level, Sang Choi has been the Chairperson of the Commission on Religion and Race and a member of the Episcopacy Committee, Board of Ordained Ministry, and the United Methodist foundation of Western Pennsylvania.
Sang Choi has a passion and giftedness for church vitality, cultural sensitivity, discipleship training, and spiritual discernment for vision and mission. His Doctor of Ministry work was in the area of Church Servant Leadership. He holds degrees from Wesley Theological Seminary, Princeton Theological Seminary, Drew Theological School, and Methodist Theological Seminary in Seoul Korea. Sang Choi is married to Grace who is a very gifted musician. They are the proud parents of two adult children Jeannie and Tiffany.

Jen Miller to Green Pond UMC

Jen Miller was Ordained an Elder in 2022. Prior to ministry, she went to school for Special Education and Elementary Education. She received her calling to ministry after a major stroke and graduated from Drew University School of Theology with a Master of Divinity Degree. Her appointments included Mt. Pocono UMC, Wooddale UMC, Analomink UMC and Pocono Lake UMC. Rev. Jen Miller brings gifts that will richly bless Green Pond UMC through her strong pastoral heart, relational leadership, and passion for nurturing faith across generations. Jen thrives in pastoral care as well as children and youth ministry, gifts that align well with Green Pond’s commitment to caring for all ages while growing in faith together. In her free time, Jen spends time with her son, daughter, and husband, or is reading a good book. We look forward to the ways her experience, compassion, and leadership will support Green Pond UMC in this new season of ministry.
Stephen Whitehead to Ackermanville UMC and Cherry Valley UMC

Stephen was born in Edinburgh, Scotland, and moved to the US in 2019. He is married to Katlyn and they have one son, Sebastian. He studied Philosophy at the University of Dundee, where he was active in the Dundee University Christian Union’s campus evangelism efforts and served as a speaker and Community Links Co-Ordinator for the local Christians Against Poverty Debt Center. After preaching occasionally at the encouragement of a local Church of Scotland minister, he sensed God’s call to pastoral ministry during the Covid lockdowns. After graduating from Moravian Theological Seminary in May, he has served as pastor at Emmanuel UMC in Allentown since July 2025. He was commissioned as an Elder this past February through the Board of Ordained Ministry.
Stephen brings a heart for evangelism, thoughtful preaching, and faithful pastoral care that will bless both congregations. His relational leadership, commitment to visitation, and passion for discipleship will help strengthen shared ministry and deepen spiritual growth at Ackermanville UMC and Cherry Valley UMC.
