Lead & Vision: Oversee dynamic programming
for children from infancy through 5th grade,
including Sunday School, Nursery care, and
special community events.

• Build Community: Recruit, train, mentor, and
encourage a thriving team of lay staff and
volunteers.

• Partner with Families: Act as a resource,
mentor, and guide for church families as they
navigate their own discipleship journeys.

• Collaborate: Work closely with the Senior Pastor
and church leadership to align ministries with
the overall vision and goals of the church.
