The Director of Music Ministry, in collaboration with the Pastor, will promote the use of music as an expression of worship and a vehicle for faith development. The Director will plan, oversee and coordinate all aspects of the church’s music program, ensuring it enhances worship services and aligns with the church’s vision and mission: A church that gathers, grows and goes. They will administer an inclusive, diverse and meaningful music ministry with children, youth and adults. This includes leading worship through music, managing volunteer and professional musicians, and developing a music program that inspires congregants, and thereby increases the opportunity for growth in church membership.
