Hibernia United Methodist Church is seeking a dependable, organized, and ministry-minded individual to support church operations, communications, and financial management. This part-time position (10–12 hours per week, $20/hour) provides administrative support to the pastor and church leadership, manages church communications, records, scheduling, website updates, and event coordination, while also overseeing bookkeeping duties including bill payment, contribution tracking, financial reporting, payroll coordination, and maintaining records in ServantKeeper and QuickBooks. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are required; bookkeeping experience is preferred. Experience with ServantKeeper and QuickBooks is helpful. Ideal candidates will have a heart for serving in a faith-based environment and supporting the mission of the church through excellent administration and financial stewardship.
