The Eastern PA and Peninsula-Delaware (Pen-Del) conferences will cosponsor The State of the Black Church Forum on Thursday, March 18, at 6:30 PM on Zoom. This important, timely panel discussion for Black clergy and laity will feature African American district superintendents of each conference..

  • The Rev. Dr. Andrew Foster III, East District Superintendent
  • The Rev. Joseph Archie III, Wilmington (DE) Superintendent, Pen-Del Conference
  • The Rev. Elmer Neal Davis Jr., Easton (MD) Superintendent, Pen-Del Conference

Moderating the forum will be the Rev. William Brawner, Eastern PA Conference, Coordinator of Urban Ministries, and the Rev. Lester Justice, Pen-Del Conference Director of Strengthening the Black Church for the 21 Century (SBC21). The Eastern PA Urban Commission is a cosponsor.

The forum will address crucial concerns and questions facing Black churches, organizations and communities and explore ways to build engagement and collaboration to seek solutions. Learn more and register for this free event at
