You know him as the District Superintendent of the “Excellence-Focused” East District. Beginning July 1, he will continue to serve the East District while also taking on a new leadership role as the Dean of the Cabinet for the EPA Conference.

The Rev. Dr. Foster comes from four generations of Methodist ministers and is part of a family with 14 clergy members, including his wife, the Rev. Lorraine Foster. He brings with him a pursuit of excellence in all he does, sharp administrative skills, and deep pastoral sensibilities.
