The role of the Connectional Ministry Leader is to lead people from being first-time guests to fully engaged members of Sanctuary United Methodist Church. This leader will focus on connecting people to God and to others by getting to know newcomers and connecting them to small groups, Bible studies, volunteer opportunities, outreach initiatives and fellowship activities.

This role is responsible for overseeing Sanctuary UMC’s Welcome and Connection Ministry, coordinating internal and external events, and planning special worship services, such as Ash Wednesday and Good Friday.
