On Mar. 21, Historic St. George’s will host their annual Time Traveler event, reenacting the Great Walkout of the late 1700s—one of the earliest civil rights protests in America—which led to the creation of Mother Bethel AME and St. Thomas African Episcopal Church. Doors open at 10AM. The event starts at 10:30AM.

This event is recommended for all Methodists, especially confirmation classes and youth groups. It is an essential and illuminating history lesson, which sparks discussion about how Methodist history can help us be better in the future.
