Basic Sexual Ethics for Ministry (0.6 CEUs)

This interactive online workshop introduces participants to the basic concepts of healthy interpersonal boundaries for religious professionals. Participants are assigned readings and videos in preparation for an intensive class utilizing the FaithTrust Institute’s “Healthy Boundaries 101 (A Sacred Trust)” curriculum. Topics include: Boundaries, Power, and Vulnerability; Dating, Friendships, Dual Relationships, and Gifts; The Pulpit, Transference, Hugging and Touch, Intimacy; and Personal and Professional Health. Asynchronous prework (4 hours) required the week of June 1. Synchronous Zoom session required, Saturday, June 6, 2026, 9–11:30am EDT.
