William R. Nolte, husband of the Rev. Marilyn Nolte, died December 16, 2015. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, he was 72 when he passed.

After a lengthy career at I.B.M., Bill retired to do computer consulting and later worked as a volunteer for Jubilee Ministries. He attended Mt. Gretna UMC, where Marilyn, a Licensed Local Pastor since 1998, serves as associate pastor.

Besides his wife, whom he met and married in 1982, Bill is survived by two sons, Steven and Christopher, and their wives; six grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Linda Nolte, and her son, Robert; and his best friend of 60 years, Rick Wepner of Cincinnati.

A viewing of his body was held Dec. 22, and a memorial service was conducted Dec. 23 at the River of Life Church of God, Lebanon, PA. Read more of his obituary at legacy.com
