Director of Youth Ministries, Hempfield UMC in Lancaster, PA

Hempfield United Methodist Church is an established church located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, with a simple but clear vision: “To know Jesus and make Him known.”

We are seeking a full-time Director of Youth Ministries to oversee and manage two youth programs, grades 7-8 and 9-12. Experience and/or relevant degree or training in youth ministry is required. The Director will‭ help lead and organize effective youth programs implementing Biblical‬ teaching, worship, evangelism, discipleship, fellowship, and mission opportunities. The Director will also work in concert with an Associate Director of Youth Ministries and a team of adult small group leaders. Our ministry ‭recognizes the sacred worth of all students as children of God and maintains compliance with church protocols that ensure their safety.‬
