  • Pastors currently serving in CR/CC appointments
  • Person in key leadership positions, e.g.,
  • SPPRC, Worship Teams, Trustees, Lay Leaders, etc.
  • Other interested clergy and laity

EXPECTED OUTCOMES/OBJECTIVES:

  • Growth in self-awareness, especially in terms of racial/cultural realities
  • Will learn/understand concepts regarding effective CR/CC interaction and communication; will also be able to apply them to own context.
  • Will be equipped with a common language that will foster a deeper and greater sense of team-building and community.
  • Will be able to strategize and plan in order to increase Intercultural Competency for the building of God’s beloved community.
