Refreshed. How many pastors would use that word to describe how they feel? Come join colleague pastors and clergy for a refreshing time of prayer and training at the East District Lenten Day Apart. Staff Pastor Pierre Eade from Washington Crossing UMC will be teaching us several techniques to make our prayer time a source of personal refreshment. Included in the time will be a talk on the importance of maintaining spiritual vitality as a Christian leader, guided prayer activities that will bring personal refreshment and encouragement, as well as a time of communion.
Please bring a writing utensil and journal if you have one, along with a heart that is ready to be refreshed! You will not be disappointed!
Pastor Eade is the author of Born to Grow. His life mission is to inspire, educate, and empower people to grow.
The church address is 3470 Huntingdon Pike, Huntingdon Valley 19006. Enter the church on the Sanctuary level (north side of the building).
Please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org by Thursday, February 23 to assist in a headcount for handouts and breakfast items.
