As your church is planning ministries in your community, it also needs to prepare for participation in cross racial/cross cultural ministry.  This Dismantling Racism Level II workshop, using a General Commission on Religion and Race curriculum called Building Bridges, will help you begin to do that.  Take Saturday morning, January 18 (the Saturday of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Weekend) to explore cultural diversity and each of our places in it, reflect on some Bible passages depicting cross racial/cross cultural ministry, and learn how CR/CC ministries work developed in the annual conference.

Registration is $15 per person, or $50 for up to 5 people from the same congregation (you could Zoom in as a group) – send a team!  Previous participation in Dismantling Racism

Level I is NOT a prerequisite for this workshop, though Level II credit will be available for those who have been to Level I.
