In order to complete the launch preparations for an update to Benefits Access (portal used by Benefit Officers to update and track clergy records at the General Board of Pension and Health Benefits), OASIS, will be unavailable Friday, September 2 at 9:00 p.m., Eastern time through Monday, September 5 at 9:00 a.m., Eastern time. However, the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system will be available. Participants can access account information through the IVR by calling 800.851.2201.
