It is time to prepare your 2011 Statistical Report. All churches are required to submit them using the EZRA Data Management System of the General Board of Finance and Administration. Please note this is a new name for the system but the website address is still eagle.gcfa.org. If you are not able to complete the report on line, please contact your District Office to request a hard copy report.
Your Username is your church’s GCFA ID number (6 digits). You can find it in EPA Connection Data Base – go to your church record and click on the “Church Admin Items” tab OR look at your hard copy of last year’s Statistical Report. If you still need assistance contact your District Office.
Your Password is the word “password”. It is case sensitive - all lower case, no quotation marks.
When you log in to EZRA Data Management System you will see a “first time user login setup” screen. It leads you through 4 screens. You MUST enter an email address on screen 2. When you get to screen 3 – you can change your password – BUT IT IS NOT MANDATORY – if you wish you can just type in “password” in the “New Password” and “Confirm New Password” fields. When you click “Finish” on screen 4 – it will take you directly to the STAT Home Page. When you are there read the red text for an important message. Refer to the black tool bar across the top to navigate the site. This is an improvement to the system and makes it easy for you to get where you want to go. For example: click on “Enter STATS” to go to the tables where you can enter your information.
For instructions please click on Reports in the black tool bar, click on Reports in the drop down, under Church Reports click on Church Table Directions to see/print line by line instructions for completing your report. You can also click on Church Users Guide (right below Church Table Directions) to see/print a user guide for EZRA.
After you have completed all of the information for the three required tables, have at least three persons review the financial information. Your church’s apportionment depends on the accurate reporting of these numbers. The pastor, finance chairperson, and treasurer should all approve these numbers before final submission. EZRA allows you to save partial information until a later time without submitting it but you must SAVE it before leaving the report. Please call your District Office if you have questions about procedures related to statistical reporting or are unable to complete the information on line. The deadline for completing the report is March 15, 2012.
