Church Leadership Updates
As of January 9, 2012, Clergy and Church/Connection Administrators no longer have the permissions necessary to add, edit and end Relationships in the Connection Database. In an effort to maintain the fidelity of the information stored in the database this permission is being managed by the District Resource Assistants.
To view the current list of Relationships for your church follow these three easy steps:
- Login to Connection: http://www.epaumc.org/login.
- Click “Charge Conference Links,” located in the right sidebar.
- Click “Church Leadership Contacts Report - View/Print,” located in the right sidebar under the heading “Charge Conference Documents to Print.” NOTE: You must be the clergyperson, the Connection/Church Admin, SPRC or Lay Leader to view this information for your church.
There are two methods of alerting the District Office to changes in Church Relationships:

To be done once a year as part of Charge Conference: Print the “Church Leadership Contacts Report,” make any changes/corrections directly on the paper and mail or fax it to your District Office. DEADLINE TO HAVE THIS FORM SUBMITTED FOR 2011 CHARGE CONFERENCES: JANUARY 23, 2012.

To be done throughout the year (particularly important for changes to SPRC and Lay Member): Submit a Leadership Update web form. Once a web form is submitted the results will be email directly to all email addresses entered into the web form as well as the District Resource Assistant.
