2011 Charge Conference Information

This year, the forms for Charge Conference should all be accessed through the Connection Database.  Your access to the forms will be based on the permissions set for your role (e.g. Staff/Pastor Parish Relations Chair, Lay Leader, etc.)  Please log into the Connection Database and follow the appropriate instructions below. (These instructions were also sent via email to all related members)  If you experience difficulty logging into the system or reaching the desired area, please contact your church administrator or district resource assistant for assistance.

Deadline for filing Charge Conference forms:  by November 15th, or at least one week prior to your church’s charge conference, whichever is earlier.
