In the aftermath of Hurricane Irene, Health Advocate can offer 
personalized assistance to you and your eligible family members who live and work in the affected areas. They are available to help you, your spouse, dependent children, parents and parents-in-law.

How Health Advocate Can Help
Personal Health Advocates can:

• Find local healthcare providers, including mental health professionals, dentists, etc.
• Help obtain prescriptions for lost or forgotten medications, glasses, 
  medical equipment, etc.
• Assist with the transfer of medical records
• Work with community services to find relocation facilities and other resources
