Nominate a leader by February 12

Do you feel called to serve or wish to recommend someone else who has a passion for servant leadership on one of our conference boards or agencies?

Nominations for service in the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference are being received now through until Feb. 1, 2012.

All persons currently serving in positions now and those who want to serve in the future must submit an online Interest Form (see below) by February 1, 2012, to be considered for positions on boards, commissions and committees for the 2012 – 2016 quadrennium.

The form can also be downloaded and mailed, emailed or faxed to the Nominations Committee on or before February 1, 2012.  This self-nomination process is a way of affirming your recognition of the spiritual gifts you have been given.

Importantly, anyone in the EPC -- conference staff, laity or clergy, District Superintendants, District Committees, and all others -- can invite, recommend and encourage the nomination of others, using a handy online Recommendation Form (see below) or call the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference Office at             610-666-9090      .  Please tell others in your local church and community that there are many tangible leadership opportunities for those who are interested in reflecting and sharing the mission of the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference.

Our Annual Conference continues its commitment to diversity among those who serve and believes that this process will assist in fulfilling this call.  Young people, people of color and people with handicapping conditions are most welcome here.
