NEJ Clergywomen "bubble up" in worship

Five United Methodist bishops lead opening worship at the Northeastern Jurisdiction Clergywomen's Consultation on Monday, February 28, 2011 at the Lancaster Host Resort Hotel.  From left to right:  Bishop Susan Morrison, Bishop Violet Fisher, Bishop Jane Allen Middleton, Bishop Peggy Johnson, and Bishop Susan Hassinger.

With an unprecendented attendance, nearly 400 clergywomen from the eleven annual conferences in the Northeastern Jurisdiction join together to "Bubble up, burst out, break through!"

Dr. Marjorie Suchocki: United Methodist Professor Emeritus at Claremont, who also taught at Pittsburgh, Wesley, and  Vanderbilt; Co-Director of the Center for Process Studies; author of seven books, including In God’s Presence, The Whispered Word, andDivinity and Diversity.
