Death Notice: Mrs. Frances Ulmer

Word has been received of the death of Mrs. Frances Ulmer, who passed away on February 18, 2011.  She was the widow of The Rev. Harold L. Ulmer.

Rev. Ulmer served the following appointments beginning in 1951: Ackermanville; Saylorsburg; Reading: Ebenezer; Ironville; Ephrata: Hope; and Cleona.  He retired in 1988, and died in 2003.

A private burial will be held in the spring at Ironville Cemetery.    

She is survived by her son, Harold, two granddaughters, two great-grandsons, and four step-grandchildren.

Expressions of sympathy may be sent to Mr. Harold D. Ulmer, 342 Pennridge Avenue, Mountville, PA  17554.  

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the American Cancer Society, the Cornwall Manor Benevolent Fund, Hospice of Lebanon County or the Immanuel United Methodist Church Library, (Cleona, PA)
