Death Notice: Mrs. Frances W. Crampton

Word has been received of the death of Mrs. Frances W. Crampton, age 95, on December 21, 2010.  She was the widow of Rev. Earl H. Crampton , who died in 1969.  

Rev. Crampton served the following appointments beginning in 1918: Delaware Conference: Ossining, NY; New England Conference: Worcester, MA; Delaware Conference: White Plains, NY; Pleasantville, NJ; Lawnside, NJ; Newman, Brooklyn, NY; Ezion, Wilmington, DE; Superintendent, Philadelphia District of The Delaware Conference (1944-1950); and Haven, Philadelphia.  He retired in 1961.  He then served New Rochell, NY (S); Trevose (S); and Philadelphia Conference: St. Matthew’s, Trevose (S).

The Trenton, NJ “Times” obituary published on December 30, 2010 lists a "Private" service at Hughes Funeral Homes.
