Death Notice: Rev. Brian Cloud
Word has been received of the death of The Rev. Brian Lee Cloud, who died Thursday, Aug. 5, 2010, after a long struggle with heart disease. He was 68.
Rev. Cloud served the following appointments beginning in 1969: Former Lansdowne; Gilberton and Mahanoy City: First; Allentown: Salem; and Doylestown. He also served as chaplain at Wyoming Seminary Preparatory School. He retired in 2009.
A viewing will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 8, at Doylestown United Methodist Church, 320 Swamp Road, Doylestown, PA 18901. A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 9, at Doylestown United Methodist Church.
Rev. Cloud is survived by his wife, Jacqueline, sons Blaine and Christian, daughter Noelle, and six grandchildren.
