Conference Council on Youth Ministries needs YOU!

" Eastern Pennsylvania CCYM is a God-driven team of student leaders connecting youth in churches with others throughout their region in Fellowship, Service, and Christian Love"

The Conference Council on Youth Ministries (CCYM) has a large task ahead of them and we need your help!  We can have a total of 36 youth and 12 adults on CCYM, and currently have 5 youth and 3 adults serving.  The youth on this team fully believe it is their ministry to reach out to the youth in our local churches.  However, without a larger representation of the youth in our conference, we can't move on!

Come to Gretna Glen for "Free Youth Events!"
You may have 20 youth or you may have 1.  Either way, this night has something for you!
Your teen(s) can join others for a night of fun and purpose.
You can join fellow adults for a discussion.

Free Youth Events run from 5:30-8pm and are scheduled for January 15th, February 19th, March 18th, April 15th 
Come to Gretna Glen for a WONDERFUL Night together!

ENCOUNTER is a weekend of worship, speakers, fellowship and enjoying the great outdoors!

March 2nd-3rd YS PALOOZA!  Training event for your team of Youth Leaders!
Created for your entire team, you’ll laugh, have fun, and get trained by the best of the best. Four inspiring Super Sessions, three Learning Labs, and tons of practical ideas you can use immediately. Gather your team and join us this spring, for the ultimate youth ministry palooza party—YS Style!  It will be held at Branch Creek Community Church in Harleysville, Pa  

SPARK Retreats - We are holding 3 One Day Retreats FOR Youth, led BY Youth!  Bring your youth for a day of worship, games, food and mission.  The cost is $5 per person.   All SPARK Retreats will be 9am-2:30pm.  
Choose the location that fits your group and plan to come!  
February 11th Asbury UMC, Allentown Pa 
March 17th Crescentville UMC Phila Pa
April 21st   Church TBD in Reading area

 Do you have a Youth Band or a Youth that is gifted in speaking?  We are looking for bands and speakers for 1 of our Spark Retreats.  Contact youth@epaumc.org if you have a band or speaker in mind!
