Congratulations and prayers for our two Lifetree Cafés that are bearing fruit in the Southwest and Northwest Districts.

The Lititz Lifetree Café is a collaborative effort of UM churches in that area–including Lititz and Manheim: Faith UMCs–that meets and welcomes guests to the General Sutter Inn on Mondays from 7 to 8 PM. Find out more about them at http://lifetreecafelancaster.us/, or visit their Facebook page at Lifetree Cafe–Lititz.

And a new Lifetree Café, sponsored by the 7-church West Lebanon/Annville/Cleona Mission Connection, officially launched Tuesday, April 5, in the Lebanon area. They invite anyone and everyone to come join them on Tuesday nights, at 7 PM, at Heisey’s Diner, State Route 72, North Lebanon, PA.

The Rev. Bill McNeal, pastor of Water Works UMC and Kauffman’s UMC in Annville, is Coordinator. Please read the invitation letter and share it with other potential guests.

Lifetree Café is a “chat and chew” experience but in a new venue, with a new spirit and a whole new conversation. Folks–both “churched” and “unchurched”–are dropping in to listen, learn and laugh together. They view thought-provoking videos on diverse topics of broad interest, converse freely and openly without judgment, share a meal together, and get to know one another, while witnessing the love of Christ in action.

The Lifetree Café motto is, “You’re welcome just as you are. Your thoughts are welcome; your doubts are welcome. We’re all in this together. God is here, ready to connect with you in a fresh way.”
