 For Service on Boards/Commissions/Committees/Councils/Agencies/Institutions
of the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference of The United Methodist Church

This recommendation will be used for the Conference Leadership Pool by the Nominations Committee.

The Eastern Pennsylvania Annual Conference is committed to excellent leadership in all areas.  We strive to use the best processes to discern spiritually grounded, gifted and committed leaders for our conference.  Our goal is to assemble a pool of discerned potential leaders.  This will be done through recommendations of nominees.  Nominees will then be asked to fill out an application, Spiritual Gifts Inventory, and commitment covenant.  This nominees name will then be placed in “pool” that will be drawn from all leadership needs of the conference.
